Salky Literary Management offers a summer remote internship. We are always interested in hearing from young readers, writers, and others interested in publishing who are looking for a hands-on learning experience with an experienced agent at a boutique agency.

Interns will work directly with our agents, and will gain skills in all aspects of agenting from evaluating manuscripts, to writing pitches, to understanding contracts and royalty statements.

As of 2026, we will be offering one summer internship over the course of 10-12 weeks. We will accept applications from April 1st through May 15th.
